curry eggs

5 eggs, hard boiled
200 ml coconut milk
2 jerut purut / kaffir lime leaves
2 salam leaves
2 shallots
2 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp trassi (shrimp paste)
1 lemongrass
1/2 tsp ketumbar (coriander)
1/2 tsp jinten (cumin)
1 cm kunyit (curcuma)
1 tsp sambal brandal (see recipe)
salt to taste
Cara membuat:
preperation/method;
slice the shallots fine. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the bumbu with the shallots for 3 minutes. Add the coconut milk with the salam and the jerut purut. Halve the egg and add them. Then let it slowly simmer until the sauce has thickened.
