Bola Daging Masak Cabai
meatballs with pepper sauce

250 gr minced beef
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 onion
3 red lomboks
3 green lomboks
1 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp cecap Asin
1 tbsp saus tomat (see recipe)
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
100ml water
2 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Cut the garlic and onion into thin slices. Cut the lomboks into thin rings (seeded if necessary). Mix the minced meat with the salt and nutmeg and form into balls.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic and onion for 2 minutes. Then add the balls and fry them until they change color. Then add the lomboks and fry until soft.
Then add the kecaps, the saus tomat, the pepper and the palm sugar and mix well. Then add the water and cook while stirring until done. Serve.
