Kangkung Kuah Santan
kangkung in seasoned coconut milk sauce

Bahan bahan:
250 gr kangkung
2 jeruk purut leaves
1 serai / sereh / lemongrass
50 gr smoked chicken, shredded
100 ml thick coconut milk (kental)
3 tbsp oil

5 red lomboks
3 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp ketumbar, toasted
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palmsugar

Cara membuat:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the serai and the jeruk purut for 5 minutes. Then add the meat and mix well.
Then add the coconut milk and bring it to the boil while stirring. Then add the kangkung and cook until done. Serve.
