Telur Ceplok Tauco
fried eggs in sauce

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
8 eggs
2 salam leaves
1 lemongrass stalk
3 tbsp tauco
1/2 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp salt
350 ml water
oil
 
Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 shallots
3 cloves garlic
2 red chilies
1 teaspoon shrimp paste
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the 8 eggs on both sides and set aside. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat in a pan 2 tbsp oil and fry the paste with the salam and lemongrass for 4 minutes. Add the tauco and cook 2 minutes. Add the fried eggs and mix well. Then add the kecap, the fish sauce, the salt and the water and let it simmer slowly until everything is tender and the sauce has thickened.
