Tempe Bumbu Merah
spicy fried tempe
Bahan bahan:
ingredients:
350 gr tempe/tempeh
1 tbsp petai cina / lamtoro
1 tbsp rebon, toasted
1 cm lengkuas/laos/galangal
1 salam leaf
3 jeruk purut leaves
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
250 ml of water
oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
3 red lomboks
3 red cabai keriting (curly cayenne pepper)
1 cm kencur
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the tempe into slices/thin cubes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat oil in a pan and fry the tempe until brown and set aside.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the galangal, salam and jeruk purut for 5 minutes. Then add the tempe, the rebon, the petai cina, the palm sugar and the salt and mix well.
Then add the water and cook until done.
