Tumis Tempe Petai Udang
stir fry of tempe with shrimps and petai

200 gr tempe
13 petai / peteh beans
200 gr shrimps, peeled
1 tbsp lime, juice
1/2 tsp palm sugar
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp salt

3 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
1 cm of lengkuas / galangal
3 red lomboks

Cara membuat:
Slice the tempe into cubes. Heat oil in a pan and fry the tempe until golden brown and set aside. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the petai until golden yellow and set aside.
Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the bumbu for 4 minutes. Then add the lime juice, palm sugar, oyster sauce and salt and mix well. Then add the shrimps and fry them until they change color.
Then add the tempe and petai and fry until done while stirring. Serve.
