Tumis Tempe Kemangi
tempe stir-fry with kemangi

250 gr tempe
5 stems of kemangi / lemon basil
1 salam leaf
1 cm laos
3 red lomboks
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1 spring onion
100 ml coconut milk

3 cloves of garlic
2 shallots
2 kemiri/candlenuts
4 red rawits

Cara Membuat:
Cut the tempe into cubes. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the tempe unt brown and set aside. Cut the lomboks into thin rings and spring onions into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the bumbu with salam and laos for 4 minutes. Then add the lomboks and fry until soft. Add the tempe, salt, pepper and palm sugar and mix well. Then add the coconut milk and cook slowly until done. Then spoon in the spring onion and the kemangi leaves and serve.
