Oncom Leunca Cabai Iris
fried spicy oncom with leunca

250 gr oncom (else tempeh)
4 cloves of garlic
5 shallots
2 cm laos
2 salam leaves
1 sereh / lemongrass
2 red lomboks
1 green lombok
3 red rawits
50 gr leunca / ranti
1/2 teaspoon of palm sugar
1/2 tsp salt
100 ml of water
2 branches of kemangi
1 spring onion
2 tablespoons of oil
Cara Membuat:
Cut the oncom fine, cut the garlic and shalots into thin slices. Grate the laos and pitted the chilies and cut into strips. Cut the spring onion into pieces.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the garlic, shallots, galangal, lemongrass, the salam and 4 minutes. Then add the lomboks and rawits and fry them soft. Then add the oncom, the palm sugar, the salt and the leunca and mix well. Then add the water and cook until dry. Then spoon in the kemangi leaves and spring onion and serve.
