Orek Tahu
fried spiced tahu

500 g tahu/tofu
1 salam leaf
2 cm Lengkuas / galangal
2 red lomboks
2 red rawits
2 tbsp kecap manis
1 teaspoon kecap asin
1/2 salt
200 gr palm sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
100 ml of water
5 shallots
4 cloves of garlic

Cara membuat:
Slice the tahu into cubes. Cut the shallots and the garlic into thin slices. Cut the lomboks into rings.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the tahu until golden brown and set aside.
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and fry the shallots, garlic, salam, laos, lomboks and rawits for 5 minutes.
Add the tahu and mix well. Then add the kecaps, salt, pepper and palm sugar and mix well. Then add the water and continue to cook / cook until tender.
