Semur Tahu
stew of tahu/tofu

300 gr tahu/tofu
25 gr ebi (dried shrimp)
1 egg
3 cloves garlic
1 tomato
3 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tsp salt
200 ml water
1 tbsp oil
3 tbsp Bawang Goreng
Cara membuat:
Puree the tahu, soak the ebi in hot water, whisk the egg, slice the garlic very fine or press and cut the tomatoes finely. Mix the ebi with egg and tofu. Take 1 tbsp of the mixture. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the tofu mixture until cooked. Repeat
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the tomato and garlic for 1 minute. Add the tofu, the kecap, pepper and salt and mix well. Then add water and cook until done and until all flavors are well blended. Sprinkle the bawang goreng on top and serve.
