fragant black beef soup

1500 gr beef
3 cm laos (galangal)
3 cm jahe (ginger)
1 sereh (lemongrass)
4 jeruk purut / kaffir lime leaves
2 salam leaves
2500 ml water
4 tbsp oil

5 red rawits
5 kluwek nuts
3 cm kunyit (turmeric)
6 shallots
7 cloves garlic
1 tbsp ketumbar (coriander)

Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into chunks, bruis the laos, the jahe and the sereh. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Add the meat and fry it brown.
Heat in a pan the water and add all ingredients. Let it cook slowly until the meat is done, then serve the soup
