Sup Ikan Jamur Kuping
fish soup with Auricularia auricula-judae

500g firm white fish (tilapia, snapper)
150g Auricularia auricula-judae / wood-ear mushrooms
3 red rawits
2 spring onions
1 lime, juice
1500 ml water
2 tbsp Bawang Goreng
4 tomatoes
15 gr ikan teri
1 tbsp kecap ikan / fish sauce
1 tablespoon salt
1 tsp palm sugar
1 tsp pepper
Cara membuat:
Cut the fish, the Auricularia auricula-judae and spring onions into thin slices and the tomatoes into wedges.
Heat in a pan the water with the ikan teri, bawang goreng, tomatoes, Auricularia auricula-judae, fish sauce, salt, palm sugar and pepper. Mix well and let it simmer gently for 5 minutes. Add the fish and bring to the boil. Scoop through the lime juice, the rawits and spring onion and serve.
