mussel soup (East Java)

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
200 gr mussels
1000 ml water
2 tsp salt
2 tsp palm sugar
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 leek
 
Haluskan:
bumbu:
2 cloves garlic
2 shallots
1.5cm temu kunci/fingerroot
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
blanch separately the mussels and drain. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Cut the leek into thin slices.
Heat in a pan the water together with the bumbu and cook it for 3 minutes. Add the mussels, salt, palm sugar and pepper and cook until tender. Add the leek and serve.
