Asinan jagung bakar
spicy roasted corn


Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
24 pieces sweetcorn
200 gr margarine

Bahan-bahan kuah:
Sauce ingredients:
4000 ml water
12 red curly lomboks
20 red lomboks unseeded
7 red rawits
4 tbsp salt
800 gr sugar
2 tbsp ebi
5 tbsp vinegar

Taburan:
garnish:
16 pcs Krupuk
1 cucumber, chopped

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the chilies and ebi into a paste. Mix with the remaining ingredients for the sauce and stir until everything is dissolved. Rub the corn with butter and roast it over a charcoal fire. Scrap the corn from the cob pour the sauce over it and serve with Krupuk and cucumber
