mixed vegetables with peanutsauce

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
100 gr snake beans
100 gr beansprouts
100 gr spinach
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 tbsp kecap manis (dark sweet soy sauce)
water

Taburan:
garnish:
2 tbsp bawang goreng (fried shallots)
2 tbsp chopped peanuts

Bahan-bahan saus:

ingredients sauce:
250 gr peanuts
4 cloves garlic
3 red rawits (small chilies)
2 cm kencur (bitterroot)
2 tbsp kecap manis
salt to taste
250 ml water

Cara membuat:
preperation/method:
Cut the snake beans into 3 cm long pieces. Heat in a pan the water and blanch the vegetables shortly. Drain and cool down in cold water. Mix the vegetables with the salt, the pepper and the kecap and garnish it with the bawang goreng and the peanuts. Pour the sauce over it and serve.

Pound or grind the ingredients into a paste and stir it with the water to make the sauce.
