Bebotok Daging Anak Sapi
cabbage leaves with veal

500 gr minces veal meat
150 ml santen asli (thick coconut milk)
1 white/green cabbage
1 tbsp limejuice
2 tbsp oil
salt to taste
biteng (wooden sticks)

3 shallots
3 cloves garlic
4 tsp ketumbar (coriander)
2 tsp jinten (cumin)
1/4 tsp kencur (bitterroot)
1/2 tsp pepper
salt to taste

Cara membuat:
Pound r grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes and let it cool down. Mix in the lime juice. Heat in a pan the water and boil the cabbage leaves with the salt for 5 minutes. Then drain and let it cool down.
Mic the bumby with the meat. Put 2 tbsp of the mixture on a cabbage leave and add 1 tbsp of the santen asli. Fold it like a package and close it with the biteng. Steam the packages for 30 minutes and serve.
