Bayam Tumis Jamur Padi
stir-fry of spinach with mushrooms

700 gr spinach
50 gr rice-straw mushrooms, mixed mushrooms
1/2 onion
2 red lomboks
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp kecap asin
1/2 tsp kecap manis
50 ml water
2 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Clean the spinach and halve the mushrooms. Seed the lomboks and cut them into thin strips. Cut the onion into thin slices. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes. Then add the lomboks and the mushrooms and mix well. Then add the spinach and fry until soft. Then add the palmsugar, the pepper, the salt and the kecaps and mix well. Then add the water and cook until done and the sauce has thickened.
