Kangkung Taoco Telur Puyuh
spicy kangkung with quail eggs

350 gr kangkung
3 red lomboks
3 jeruk purut
1 salam leaf
2 cm jahe / ginger
3 tbsp taoco
100 ml chicken stock
12 quail eggs

6 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
3 cm kencur
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1/2 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
Heat the water in a pan and cook the quail eggs until done. Let the quail eggs cool down and peel them. Heat oil in a pan and fry the eggs until brown and set aside. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Cut the lomboks into thin strips.
Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the lomboks, the jeruk purut, the salam and the jahe for 5 minutes. Then add the taoco while stirring.
Then add the kangkung and the broth and mix well. Then add the quail eggs and cook it further until done. Serve.
