650 ml coconut milk
1/2 butternut squash

Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 red lomboks
1 tbsp lime, juice
2 cm lengkuas / galangal
2 cm kunyit
1/2 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the pumpkin into cubes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat the coconut milk together with the bumbu in a pan and bring to the boil while stirring. Then add the pumpkin and cook it until tender. Serve.
