Terong Baladao Asam
fried spiced eggplant

Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
4 aubergines/eggplants
8 belimbing sayur
oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
3 shallots
2 cloves of garlic
4 red lomboks
5 red rawits
1/4 tsp terasi / trasi
1 cm jahe
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp palm sugar

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the aubergine into 1 cm thick slices. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the aubergines until done and set aside. Halve the belimbing. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the bumbu for 5 minutes. Then add the belimbing and the aubergines and mix well. Fry it further until done and serve.
