Kangkung Cah Sapi
stir-fry of kangkung with beef

2 bunches kangkung
50 gr beef
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp kecap manis
2 tsp kecap asin
2 tsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp cornflour
4 cloves of garlic
2 shallots
2 red lomboks
50 ml of hot water
2 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Finely chop the meat. Cut the shallots, the garlic and the lomboks into thin slices.
Mix the meat with the sesame oil, the kecaps, oyster sauce, the pepper, the salt and the cornflour and set aside.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shallots, the garlic and the meat mixture and fry until the meat changes colour.
Add the lomboks, the water and the kangkung and fry while stirring until done. Serve.
