Tumis Bayam Lobak
spinach stir-fry with rettich

300 gr bayam / wild spinach
150 g rettich
1 salam leaf
250 ml of water
1 tsp palm sugar
1/2 tsp salt
4 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
5 red lomboks
2 cm lengkuas / galangal / laos
2 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Peel the rettich and cut this julienne. Cut the shallots, the garlic, the lomboks and the laos into thin slices.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shallots, garlic, lomboks, laos and salam for 5 minutes. Then add the rettich and the bayam and mix well.
Add the water, the palm sugar and the salt and cook until done. Serve.
