Tumis Taoge Kedelai
stir-fry of bean sprouts and corn

100 gr bean sprouts (from soybeans)
25 gr snow peas
75 gr baby corn (4 pieces)
2 Chinese chives
3 cloves of garlic
3 shallots
2 red lomboks
1/2 tsp kecap asin
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
150 ml of water
1 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Halve the snow peas. Cut the baby corn into slices. Cut the chives into 1 1/2 cm pieces. Cut the garlic and shallots into thin slices. Cut the lomboks into oblique rings.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic, the shallots and the lomboks for 4 minutes. Then add the bean sprouts, the peas and cbaby corn and mix well and fry until soft.
Then add the kecap, pepper, palm sugar and salt followed by the water and bring to the boil. Then add the chives and mix well. Serve.
