Sayap Ayam Ketumbar
chicken wings in a coriander/cilantro sauce

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients;
12 chicken wings
1 tsp salt
1 tsp lime juice
 
bahan saus:
ingredients for the sauce:
1 bunch cilantro (leaves)
3 shallots
9 cloves garlic
1 spring onion
2 red chilies
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
100 ml of oil
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Marinate the wings with salt and lime juice and let it stand for 30 minutes. Rinse and pat dry. Pound or grind the ingredients for the sauce until smooth. Mix the sauce the wings and let it stand for at least 2 hours.
Heat a pan and add the wings and the sauce and fry the meat until brown and cooked through.
