Tahu Goreng Lengkuas
fried tahu with laos
Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr tahu
2 salam leaves
2 tsp palmsugar
2 tsp salt
600 ml of water
oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
100 gr lengkuas / galangal
7 shallots
6 cloves of garlic
3 kemir/candlenuts
2 serai / sereh / lemongrass
4 cm kunyit
1 1/2 tsp ketumbar
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the tahu/tofu into triangles. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan the water together with all the ingredients and bring to a boil. Boil until the moisture evaporates. Heat in a pan of oil and fry the tahu golden brown and serve.
