Tumis Labu Taoco
stir fry of chayote and taoco

4 small labu siam / chayote
2 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
2 red cabai keriting (curly cayenne pepper)
2 tsp taoco
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp palm sugar
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Cut the chayote into pieces, the shallots, the garlic and the keriting into thin slices.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shallots, garlic and keriting for 3 minutes. Then add the chayote and fry until soft.
Then add the taoco, the salt, the pepper, the palmsugar and the water and fry until done. Serve.
