Nangka Masak Kuning
yellow stewed nangka

500 gr young nangka / jackfruit
2 asam gelugur
500 ml of coconut milk
2 red lomboks
1 green lomboks
1 tsp salt

5 cm yes
1 tbsp pepper
4 cm kunyit
4 shallots
75 gr ikan teri / anchovy

Cara membuat:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Clean the nangka well and then cut it into pieces. Sprinkle the salt over the nangka and leave it for 15 minutes. Cut the lomboks into slanted rings.
Heat in a pan the coconut milk together with the asam and the bumbu and bring to the boil while stirring. Then add the nangka and cook it gently until done. Then add the lomboks and mix well. Serve.
