stir-fry of kangkung with red beans
Bahan-Bahan:

375 gr kangkung
25 gr red beans (aduki), cooked
1/2 tsp kecap manis
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
200 ml of water
2 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 cloves of garlic
3 red lomboks
1 tomato
2 cm jahe

Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Then add the beans and mix well. Then add the kangkung and fry until soft. Then add the water, the kecap, the salt and the palmsugar and cook until done.
