stir-fry of bean sprouts and salted cabbage
150 gr tauge / bean sprouts
100 gr sawi asin / salted cabbage
100 gr tahu
10 bakso ikan / fish balls
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 tbsp kecap asin
1 tbsp fish sauce
200 ml chicken stock (see recipe)
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1 tbsp butter
Cut the sawi asin into pieces, the garlic and shalot finely. Cut the fish balls into pieces.
Heat in a pan the butter and fry the shallot and garlic for 2 minutes. Add the tahu and bakso and mix well. Add the sawi asin, the kecap, the sauce, the pepper, the palm sugar and the broth and bring to the boil. Stir in the tauge and fry for 2 minutes and serve.
