Sayur Masak Jamur

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
200 gr cauliflower florets
100 gr mushrooms
3 bakso ikan / fish balls
100 gr peas
4 cloves of garlic
2 green lomboks
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
250 ml chicken stock (see recipe)
1/2 tbsp maizena/corn starch + 1 tbsp water
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp oil
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Halve the mushrooms and the bakso. Slice the garlic finely and the lomboks into slanted rings. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the garlic with the lomboks for 2 minutes. Then add the mushrooms, cauliflower, bakso and peas and fry until soft. Then add the oyster sauce, salt and pepper and mix well. Then add the broth and bring to the boil. Mix in the dissolved maizena and cook until the sauce thickens. Then mix in the sesame oil and serve.
