250 gr beansprouts
2 cloves garlic
3 red lomboks
1/2 small cucumber
3 sprige celery
1 tsp trassi (shrimp paste)
1 tbsp kecap manis (sweet dark soy sauce)
3 cm ginger
4 tbsp vinegar

Cara membuat:
Cut the lomboks and the garlic very fine. Cut the cucumber in thin slices and chop the celery fine. Pound the garlic into a paste. Mix the vinegar with the kecap, the lomboks, the trassi, de garlic and the celery into a sauce. Mix the cucumber with the beansprouts and pour the saus on top. Mix well and serve.
