spicy stir-fry of tahu and pepper
500 gr tahu
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
100 ml chicken broth
7 cloves of garlic
4 tbsp kecap manis
3 red lomboks
2 tsp salt
2 salam leaf
Cut the tahu into cubes. Heat the oil in a pan and brown the tahu and set aside.
Cut the peppers and the tomato into small cubes. Slice the shallots, garlic and lomboks finely.
Heat in a pan 3 tbsp oil and fry the shallots and the garlic for 3 minutes. Then add the tahu, the stock, the salam, the lomboks, the tomato and the salt and bring to the boil while stirring.
Then add the peppers and mix everything well and fry for another minute. Serve.
