Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
8 pieces Tahu kuning (see recipe)
4 jeruk purut / kaffir lime leaves
2 pandan leaves
1 kunyit leaf
3 stalks kemangi
1 lemongrass
2 leeks
1 tomato
1 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tsp palm sugar
300 ml of water
Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 shallots
1 cm kunyit
1 cm jahe
2 red rawits
2 kemiri/candle nuts
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the jeruk purut, the pandan, the kunyit into thin strips. Cut the leeks into 1 cm thick rings and the tomato into wedges. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat a pan and add the paste, the jeruk purut, pandan, kunyit, lemongrass, kemangi, leeks, tomat, salt, pepper and palm sugar and mix well. Then add the water and the tahu and let it simmer until everything has been infused.
