stewed green beans with carrot in a light sour sauce

300g green beans
2 carrots
10 quail eggs, cooked
2 red tomatoes
5 shallots
3 cloves garlic
2 salam leaf
1cm laos galangal
1 tbsp asem /tamarind paste
1 tbsp kecap manis
2 tsp salt
1000 ml water
1 tbsp oil
Cara membuat:
Cut the beans into pieces of 3 cm and the carrots into pieces of 1x1x3cm. Slice the shallots and the garlic into thin slices. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shallots, the garlic, the salam and the laos for 3 minutes. Add the green beans, carrots, eggs and tomatoes and stir. Then add the asem, the kecap and the salt and stir. Slowly add the water and cook slowly until done.
