spicy green beans with chicken livers

400g green beans / garter /snake beans
10 chicken livers
2 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp salt
100 ml of water
2 red chilies
1 tbsp Bawang Goreng
2 tablespoons oil
Haluskan perendam:
Bumbu marinade:
1 tbsp asemwater
1 tbsp palm sugar
1/4 tsp salt
50 ml of water
5 red chilies
4 red rawits
4 shallots
4 cloves garlic
2 cm laos
1 tsp ketumbar
1 teaspoon shrimp paste
Cara membuat:
Cut the beans into pieces. Cut the livers into pieces. Cut the chilies into strips. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Mix the ingredients for the marinade and marinate the livers for 15 minutes. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the livers until brown and tender. Heat in a pan the water and cook the beans half done and drain.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Add the kecap and water and bring to a boil. Then add the livers, the beans and the salt and mix well. Add the chilies and bawang goreng and cook until tender and the liquids are absorbed.
