Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
200g daun singkong (cassava leaves)
500 ml santen cair
1 kecombrang
30g tekokak (mini eggplants)
1 lemongrass stalk
1 smoked catfish / mackerel
1 tsp palm sugar
150 ml santen asli
water
 
Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 shallots
5 red chilies
3cm jahe
4cm kunyit
2 cm laos
2 tsp salt
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Heat in a pan the water and cook the singkong soft and cooked. then drain and chop or mash the singkong fine. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Cut the kecombrang in pieces and crush the tekokak. Cut the catfish into pieces.
Heat in a pan the santen cair with the paste, the kecombrang, the tekokak and lemongrass and bring to a boil. Add the fish, the singkong and palm sugar. Add the santen asli and let it simmer slowly until it is cooked and the sauce is slightly thickened.
