Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
two pumpkins
250g spinach
2 tbsp rice flour
750 ml chicken stock (see recipe)
2 salam leaves
250 ml santen cair
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 shallots
3 cloves garlic
1cm kencur
2cm trassi
2 cm laos
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Peel the pumpkin and cut into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Mix the rice flour with the paste. Heat the broth in a saucepan and add the paste and salam. Add the pumpkin and spinach and cook for 1 minute. Add the santen, the salt and palm sugar and simmer until done.
