Asam-Asam Buncis Ampela Ayam
spicy beans with chicken in slightly acidic sauce

100g green beans
5 gizzards
1 salam leaf
2 red chilies (large)
2 green chilies (large)
2 green tomatoes
1/2 tbsp kecap manis
1 tbsp asemwater
2 tsp salt
1 tsp palmsugar
850 ml water
2 tablespoons oil
4 shallots
4 cloves garlic
1cm jahe
1cm kunyit
2 cm laos
Cara membuat:
Heat in a pan the water and cook the gizzards. Drain and cut into strips. Cut the beans into pieces, the chilies into rings, tomatoes into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with the salam and lomboks for 3 minutes. Add the tomatoes and stir well. Add the gizzards and stir well. Add the beans and fry until soft. Then add the kecap, salt and the palm sugar and mix. Then add water and cook until tender. Stir in the asemwater and serve.
