Sayur Godog
stewed vegetables and meat in spicy sauce

2 tbsp oil
2 salam leaves
2 lemongrass, crushed
750 ml santen cair
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp palm sugar
250 gr papaya
7 snake beans
200g bamboo shoots
150g chicken stomachs
10 pcs quail eggs
8 lomboks
9 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
2 cm kunyit, roasted
2 cm jahe
3 cm laos
1 tbsp ebi
Cara membuat:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Slice the snake beans into pieces and dice the papaya. Cut the stomachs into pieces and peel the eggs.
Heat in a wok the oil and fry the bumbu for 5 minutes. Add the santen, the pepper, the salt and the palm sugar and bring to the boil. Then add the papaya, the snake beansr and the bamboo shoots followed by the stomachs and the eggs and cook it gently until tender.
