Sambal cumi
sambal made of squid

2 tbsp oil
1 red tomato
1 jeruk purut leaf
1 salam leaf
250 g squid
250 ml coconut milk
1 tbsp lemon juice

6 spring onions
4 cloves garlic
5 red lomboks
1 tsp lemon grass
½ tsp trasi bakar
1 tsp palm sugar
1 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
Cut the tomatoes into thin slices and finely chop the squid or cut into thin slices. Pound or grind the ingredients for the Bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a wok / wadjan the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Add the tomato, the jeruk purut and salam and fry for 2 minutes. Then add the squid and fry for 1 minute. Then add the coconut milk and lemon juice and let it simmer until the sauce has thickened.
