Sambal Kentang

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
250 gr potatoes
4 spring onions
3 red lomboks
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp santen asli (thick coconut milk)
1 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
water
Cara membuat:
preparation/method:
Cook the potatoes in water until done and mash them coarsely. Slice the szpringonions and the lomboks fine. Mix all ingredients well and sprinkle the coriander on top.
