sambal with honey

15 red rawits
5 red lomboks
5 cloves of garlic
2 tomatoes
4 tbsp honey / palm sugar
1 tbsp asem water
1 tsp cornflour / tapioca
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Heat the water in a pan and blanch the tomatoes with the lomboks and the rawit. Then scoop it out and pan and skin the tomatoes. Pound or grind the tomatoes, rawits, lomboks and garlic into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the pasta for 3 minutes. Then add the salt, the asam water and the honey and simmer until done. Dissolve the cornstarch and mix it together and fry until the sambal has thickened.
