Sambal Baronang
sambal belimbing
Bahan-bahan;
ingredients:
4 shallots
2 cloves garlic
7 rawits
1 tomato
3 belimbing wuluh (sour starfruit)
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp petis udang (fish paste)
1 tsp palmsugar
salt to taste
Cara membuat:
preperation/method:
Pound or grind the shallots, the garlicand the rawits into a pasta. Cut the tomato in small parts and the belimbing into thin layers. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the paste for 3 minutes. Then add the petis, the palmsugar, the tomato, the salt and the belimbing and let it simmer slowly for 5 minutes
