Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
100g green chilies
6 shallots
2 cm kencur
3 green tomatoes
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp palm sugar
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the chilies, the kencur, shallots and tomatoes coarsely. Mix in the palm sugar and salt and pound or grind the sambal more finer but not pureed.
