Bihun Goreng Ayam
fried bihun / mihun with chicken

150 gr bihun / mihun
1 tbsp kecap manis
50 gr chicken
5 bakso sapi, small meatballs
2 stems caisim / choisam / paksoy
50 gr tauge / bean sprouts
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 spring onion
50 ml chicken stock (see recipe)
2 tbsp oil

4 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
1 tsp ebi, soaked and roasted
2 kemiri/candlenuts

1 tbsp bawang goreng
1 omelet of 2 eggs

Cara Membuat:
Cut the chicken very fine and the bakso into thin slices. Cut the coisam and spring onions into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Soak the mihun into hot water and then drain. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Add the chicken and the bakso and cook until done. Then add the caisim and the tauge and fry it soft.
Then add the broth and mix well and fry until almost dry. Then add the mihun, salt and pepper and fry until done. Then spoon in the spring onion and garnish with the bawang goreng, omelette strips and krupuk.
