Kari Ayam Jamur
Chicken curry noodles

200 gr mie/egg noodles
1 tbsp oil
3 cloves garlic
2 red onions
500 ml chicken stock (see recipe)
1 tbsp curry java powder
1 cm kunyit (turmeric)
1 leek
50 gr jamur kancing (butter mushrooms)
25 gr kemangi 
200 gr chicke filet
50 gr tauge (beansprouts)
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper

Cara membuat:
Boil the mie in water and then drain. Slice the garlic and the onions fine. Slice the leek julienne and the jamur into thin slices. Pound or grind the kunyit fine. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the garlic and the onions for 3 minutes and remove them. Add the stock and the chicken and cook it until done. Remove the chicken and shred it fine. Add the curry, the kunyit, the jamur, the leek, the kemangi, the salt and the pepper followed shortly by the tauge. Put the mie onto plates and sprinkle the garlic, the onions and the chicken on top. Laddle the sauce on top of it and serve
