Nasi Dagang 2
Ingrediënts:
1000 gr rice
750 ml thin coconut milk (santen cair)
1 tbsp fenugreek (klabat)
9 cm ginger
10 shallots
6 cloves garlic
250 ml thick coconut milk (santen asli)
1 tbsp palmsugar (gula jawa)
1 tsp salt
Preperation/Method:
Wash the rice and let it soak for 3 hours and then drain. Steam the rice for 20 minutes. Julienne the ginger and slice the shallots and the garlic thinly. Mix the santen cair with then ginger, the shallots, the garlic and the fenugreek with the rice and let it stand for 2 hours. Mix in the santen asli, the salt and the sugar and steam the rice until its cooked.
