Bihun Goreng Kare
fried mihun with curry and choisam
Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
150 gr mihun, soaked
100 gr chicken fillet
3 eggs
5 sprigs of choisam
100 gr of cabbage
1 red lombok
1 spring onion
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp curry powder
100 ml chicken broth
2 eetl oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
7 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp ebi, soaked
3 cm kunyit, roasted
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the chicken into small pieces. Cut the lombok, the spring onion into thin slices and the choisam and the cabbage into pieces. Beat the eggs. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu for 5 minutes. Then add the chicken and fry until it is nearly done. Put everything aside and add the eggs and fry as a scrambled egg.
Then add the choisam, the lombok and the cabbage and fry until soft. Then add the mihun and mix everything well. Then add the pepper, salt, curry and the stock and mix well. Then fry until done
