Nasi goreng Jawa
fried rice from Java with cabbage and chicken

500 g cooked white rice
1 chicken leg, fried and unraveled
250 g cabbage, sliced
1 leek, sliced
2 eggs
1 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
2 tablespoons oil
3 red chilies
3 cloves garlic
4 shallots
2 kemiri/candlenuts
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon ebi (dried shrimp)
Cara membuat:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Spoon the paste on the side and add the eggs and stir until scrambled. Then add the rice, kecap add the palm sugar and fry for 3 minutes. Then add the chicken, the cabbage and the leek and cook until done. Sprinkle with Bawang Goreng
