Mi goreng Aceh
fried noodles from Aceh

300g cooked noodles
1  chicken breast, boiled and shredded
5 cloves garlic
3 shallots
1 tomato
50 g bean sprouts
75g cabbage
1 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tsp palm sugar
1/2 teaspoon vinegar
50 ml chicken stock (see recipe)
1 leek
3 tablespoons oil
9 shallots
5 cloves garlic
4 red chilies
2cm kunyit
1 cardamom
1 tsp jinten
Cara membuat:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Slice the garlic, shallots, tomato and cabbage finely and leek into thin rings.
Heat in a wok the oil and fry the paste with the garlic and the shallots for 3 minutes. Add the tomato, bean sprouts and cabbage and fry until nearly done. Then add the noodles, the chicken, the kecap, salt, pepper, palm sugar and vinegar. Add the broth and gently stew. Then toss in the leek.
Serve with acar mentimun and emping
